● 產(chǎn)品簡介：
Chloramphenicol is derived from Streptomyces venezuelae and has a broad spectrum of activity. It is often used for bacterial selection in
molecular biology. Chloramphenicol is
effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It functions by binding to the 50S ribosomal
unit to prevent aminoacyl tRNA from binding to the ribosome which prevents
elongation of protein chain.
● 使用方法：
根據(jù)實驗具體要求操作，一般Chl在培養(yǎng)基中終濃度為25～170μg/ml。
● 保存條件：
-20℃避光保存。有效期12個月。
